Joey Ladouceur Earns Opening Night Win at Mohawk Raceway; Cornwall Speedway Opens This Week With 50 Lap Mohawk Race Parts Series Race

After opening the season with a win at Can Am just two weeks ago, Joey Ladouceur was back in action on Friday night, this time at Mohawk International Raceway.  The track may have been different, but the results were the same as Ladouceur captured his second win of 2012, and 94^th DIRTcar Pro Stock victory, the highest win total of all time in the DIRTcar Pro Stock division.

By luck of the draw entering the track on Friday night, Ladouceur started on the front row of his qualifying heat and cruised to the win.  In the 20 lap main event, Ladouceur led the entire distance, winning by a full 2 seconds over second place. 

“The car is really hooked up and running well for us early in the season”, says Ladouceur.  “We have had a couple wins now already and hopefully we can continue that through the season”.
